A RATE-CUTTING war consequent on denationalization and an increase in hiring was forecast by the Scottish Deputy Licensing Authority, Mr. A. Robertson, when he rejected an application for an additional A licence made by Messrs. D. C. and E. Young, Aberfeldy, at Perth last week. He gave as his reason the "state of flux" of transport at the present time.
