A RESOLUTION deploring the Pt impression that, according to the "abnormal number" of tenders rejected, the British Transport Commission are not acting as "willing sellers," has been passed by the management council of the Road Passenger and Transport Association, for submission to their president, Mr. Gerald Nabarro, M.P.
