Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Cumbria police are questioning a truck driver after his vehicle roiled 275m down the centre of Carlisle High Street before hitting a set of railings and coming to haft.

The Incident happened at around 12pm last Friday (40 May). The driver, from Carlisle-based Armstrongs of Longtown, Is believed to have been using a cashpoint when his vehicle began to move.

His truck travelled down the road into Court Square and then ploughed Into a set of traffic lights before resting against the railings of the public toilets.

A spokesman for Cumbria police says: "We have recovered the truck and are now speaking to the driver to find out how the accident occurred. Luckily, nobody was injured."

Armstrongs declined to comment.
