Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Commercial Motor's Isrighausen Limited Edition Air Rider seat proved a big hit when it was unveiled at Trucklest in May, especially when we disclosed that we were giving away one of these special £295 seats in a prize draw.

In the end, CM and Isringhausen got together and gave away two of these distinctive seats, which were handed over to their lucky new owners by Axel Zaiser (second right), managing director of Isringhausen UK, and Allan Winn, editor of CM (right).

Martin Salter, of D E Salter and Son of Sutton Bridge, Spalding (left), is now riding on air in his Mercedes-Benz 2028. Part of a four-strong fleet, Martin's Mercedes spends a lot of time on rough farm tracks hauling potatoes, so the air lumbar support seat is a welcome addition.

Terry Fletcher (second left) runs his own Transit 3.5 tonne Luton van, moving furniture and exhibition materials when he's not relief driving on HGVs or, as he did last year, driving on Polish relief work.

Terry's Transit has got a few kilometres under its tyres now, and the original driver's seat had long since seen its best.

So a mechanical version of the CM special seat provided a real transformation of the driving compartment.
