• Brian Weatherley is the new editor of Commercial Motor magazine.
Weatherley, 35, has been with us for 10 years and has been deputy editor since 1987.
Geoff Hadwick is promoted from news editor to deputy editor and Richard Scrase is promoted from features editor to news editor:Andy English becomes vehicles editor.
