livery from entering Torbay. Amendmeni or withdrawal of the clause is being sough. by the FTA, which is also scrutinizing thi Flintshire Bill.
If the latter Bill became law, it woulc allow the county council to "restrict th4 growth of traffic servicing mines, quarrie: and other workings in the county. The FTA is seeking clarification of the precisi intention of the Bill's sponsors.
