Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A 2-ton tail-lift has been added to the range of tail-lifts produced by E. J. Ratcliff (Mechanical Engineers) Ltd. It is of the vertical-post type, the columns of which are of the kind employed for the 3-ton model.

The beam assembly houses the horizontal hydraulic ram that powers the lifting cables and weight has been saved by mounting it across the top of the doorway. In this position it adds strength to the door frame and is well out of the way of accidental rear-end damage. Slide friction is reduced to a minimum by the use of ball arid roller bearings. Made by: Ratcliff Tail Lifts, E. J. Ratcliff (Mechanical Engineers) Ltd, Delamare Rd, Cheshunt, Herts.
