Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A SPARE-WHEEL carrier of the PAwinch type has been introduced in standard Leyland Tiger Cub models. It is mounted in front of the off-side rear wheels and to provide sufficient room for it, the fuel tank has been moved farther forward, reduced in length hut increased in diameter.

The outrigger bracket from which the wheel is suspended is generally similar to that of the Royal Tiger. The wheel is hoisted direct by the winch.

A road test report of the Tiger Cub was published in last week's issue.
