APPLICATIONS for fares increases from
Red and White Services, Thomas Bros., and the Rhondda Transport Co., were this week refused at a joint sitting of the South Wales and South West Traffic Commissioners. Mr. R. R. Jackson and Mr. J. C. Samuel-Gibbon told the applicants that the contents of the White Paper was of paramount importance in this case. A similar application by Western Welsh Transport Ltd. came before the sitting and the decision in this application has been reserved.
