THE call for the Minister of Transport to make the long-deferred Order raising the speed limit of heavy goods vehicles to 30 m.p.h. is being supported by Leeds Chamber of Cornmerce. The council of the Chamber has agreed to ask the Association of British Chambers of Commerce to. make representations on the subject.
