Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ONCE a so-called "pirate" London bus, a 1925 Dennis open-top double-decker which was absorbed into the fleet of the London General Omnibus Company in 1929 has reentered public service in London.

The Dennis is one of two vintage buses owned by Obsolete Fleet Ltd and operated between Oxford Circus and the new London Transport Museum at Covent Garden. The service will stop at regular bus stops on route.

The second bus is a 1930 open staircase type petrolengined AEC dating from 1930.

The service is a joint venture between London Transport and Obsolete Fleet, with support from Haig Whisky.
