Shareholders of Duple Motor Bodies Ltd :re advised at the weekend to take no action th respect to a bid by Capitarium Ltd gain control of the company (CM August ).

In a letter to all ordinary shareholders, r J. 0. R. Darby, Duple chairman, advised am that the board had asked Robert eming and Co Ltd, merchant bankers, advise on the offer made by Capitarium for air ordinary shares in the company. They :re "strongly advised" to take no action 161 Mr Darby wrote to them again before e closing date of the offer.
