ALL sections of the International Road Transport Union (I.R.U.) will hold their annual meetings in Paris from November 14-16. Mr. R. G. Crowther, national chairman of the Road Haulage Association, and Mr. R. Morton Mitchell, chief executive officer, are likely to attend on behalf of the R.H.A.
