AN EBBW VALE haulier has successfully applied for additional vehicles lobe added to his licence in view of the inpending introduction of EEC regulations which would mean a reduction in drivers' hours.
Anthony Morgan, director of H. Morgan (Haulage) Ltd, was eranted renewal of the company's present licence for seven units and 10 trailers with the addition of five units and 10 trailers by the South Western LA at Cardiff.
Mr Morgan said the company had recently had a fleet inspection and maintenance and records were found to be in order. He would need two additional vehi( immediately and wo shortly require more.
When asked by the LA 1the company had calcula its need for the extra vehic Mr Morgan said they had made any special calculati, they had worked it out in ti heads.
