AN EBBW VALE haulier has successfully applied for additional vehicles lobe added to his licence in view of the inpending introduction of EEC regulations which would mean a reduction in drivers' hours.

Anthony Morgan, director of H. Morgan (Haulage) Ltd, was eranted renewal of the company's present licence for seven units and 10 trailers with the addition of five units and 10 trailers by the South Western LA at Cardiff.
