A N appeal by a man whose applicarA tion for a B licence for one vehicle was refused by the Metropolitan Licensing Authority was dismissed by the Transport Tribunal in London last week..

Mr. S. M. O'Connor, 18 Delorme Street, London, S.W.6, had sought to do light removals. When his first application came before the Authority it was adjourned so that he could call evidence but, it was stated during the appeal, Mr. O'Connor misunderstood what was required of him and produced letters only.
