Scholarships may be awarded to assist in meeting expenses incurred in travelling for the purpose of studying road transport, research projects or full-tirtie study at a university or other
educational institution. Five scholarships are to be awarded of an aggregate value not exceeding £1,250, and there are five grants not exceeding £20 each.
