ON November 9 and HIthe Appeal fribunal will he sitting at the Scottish Land Court, Edinburgh. Three appeals will b.e heard, all against decisions by the Scottish Licensing Authority. .
In the first case Messrs. John McEwen and Sons are the appellants. .There are no respondents. Eight appellants figure in the second case against Messrs. James Smith. Three hauliers, the Railway .Executive and the Road Haulage Executive are.appealing in the third case, in which Messrs. W. S. Moir are the respondents.
