Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

DUE TO the large numbers of coaches expected to visit London for the royal wedding on July 29, the Metropolitan Police has announced special arrangements to accommodate them.

On the day itself, an inner ring route consisting of Oxford Street, Theobalds Road, Clerkenwell Road, Aldersgate Street, London Wall, Moorgate, London Bridge, Southwark Street, Stamford Street, York Road, Lambeth Bridge, Horseferry Road, Victoria Street, Grosvenor Gardens, and Park Lane will be established. The police say that this route will be open to traffic but roads may be subject to closures and diversi,,ns.

Coaches should enter and leave London by the outer ring route which consists of Marylebone Road, Euston Road, Pentonville Road, City Road, Great Eastern Street, Tower Bridge, New Kent Road, Kennington Lane, Vauxhall Bridge Road, Grosvenor Road, Chelsea Bridge Road, Sloane Street, Kensington Road, Kensington High Street and Westbourne Grove. This route will be signed by the AA and traffic will be assisted by police.

A large coach parking area has been designated in streets south of the river and bounded by that section of the outer ring route. Police say that coaches setting down in this area must remain in place and drivers must ensure that passengers are aware of the location.

If drivers do not remain with their coaches, a windscreen label showing their whereabouts in case of emergency should be left.

Drivers should not set down or pick up in the inner area.
