CHARGES brought by the Eastern Licensing Authority, against seven drivers employed by Turners (Soham) Ltd, concerning the obliteration of entries in their records and failing to make proper entries, are to be heard together on February 10.

Driver D. Pollard, defending the charges, was due to appear before Norwich Magistrates on January 27, but when the case was called, his solicitor told the Court he was unable to proceed as he had had insufficient time to prepare the case.

The Magistrates adjourned the hearing until February 10, when similar charges against drivers G. Jones, R. A. Woodcock, W. J. Hunter, B. Squire, S. G. Chenery, and G. Covell, will be heard,
