Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A low-torque butterfly valve designed by Daytona Butterfly Valves differs from the normal butterfly valve type. Double "0" rings with a point contact replace the broad seating face of the normal-type valve and give a claimed 100 per cent shut-off in both directions. A pressure range from vacuum to 1000 psi is claimed.
