The BCT says 60 undergraduates applied for jobs in the bus and coach industry following a campaign to attract students. PSV firms seeking ti employ a graduate contacted the BCT's free recruitment service and among successful users were Western Travel, West Yorkshire Road Car, Maidstone Borough Transport (Holdings) and Brighton and Hove Bus and Coach.

Brighton and Hove commented: "We have found the BCT service extremely useful. It would not have been possible for us to have recruited a graduate without it."
