Exports: Strategic controls proposed White Paper published The DTI has published a White Paper which contains proposals to modernise and improve the accountability of strategic export controls. It includes possible extensions of the scope of export licensing powers and improvements to export licensing procedures.
The White Paper, Strategic Export Controls, is available from the Stationery Office and on the Internet at htto://www.dti.gov.uk/exportcontrol.
