Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The most important point that not raised anywhere in your Building a Business special (C 5-11 Sept) is the fact that the operator must have an Operator's License under the Goods Vehicles Licensing of Operators Act 1995 and the Goods Vehicles Enforcement Powers Regulations 2001.

Senior broker manager, Catties Commercial Finance.
