Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

We record with regret that Robert Hesketh Seddon, until his retirement in 1964 the chairman of Seddon Diesel Vehicles Ltd., died in hospital on Friday. After service in the first World War. Mr. Seddon, with his brother Herbert. started charabanc trips in Salford, also running some goods transport. When the fleet grew to four vehicles. Robert took over their maintenance. This led Foster and Seddon, as the business was called, to specialize in commercial vehicle engineering. For many years Robert's ambition was to use their operating knowledge to good effect in vehicle manufacture and a prototype was produced in 1938—the first order being taken on the Kelvin Hall car park during the Scottish Show. Only too soon came the second World War, restricting production to Ministry of Supply contracts. In 1946 the headquarters were moved to the Woodstock factory at Oldham and at the same time the company became Seddon Motors Ltd. Five years later a public company, Seddon Diesel Vehicles Ltd., was formed with Robert Seddon as chairman.
