Under the South Wales centre chairmanship of John Vickers, a student and graduate society of the Institute of Road Transport Engineers has been formed—the first such society of the IRTE in Great Britain. R. J. Hiles was elected chairman; secretary K. H. Baker; committee J. C. Welch, L. Barr. A. Rosser, T. Emery, J. R. Williams, and A. R. Smith.
