THE Post Office in Scotland has recently put into service its 100th postbus.

The new service from In varary to Dalmally was inaugurated by the Duke of Atholl in the grounds of :nveraray Castle wh:.-,n the Duke poured a new blend of Scotch Whisky over the 11 seat Commer minibus.

The service was introduced with financial support from Strathclyde Regional Council and with guidance and co-operation from the Greater Glasgow PTE. Scottish postbuses have also been awarded a certificate of commendation by the British Tourist Authority for the work they are doing carrying thousands of foreign tourists in Scotland every year.
