• Shareholders of Hodgkinson Bennis Ltd., at an extraordinary general meeting on Tuesday passed a special resolution changing the name of their company to the Reliant Motor Group Limited,
Hitherto, Reliant, the second-largest Britishowned motor manufacturer, has been a subsidiary of the Hodgkinson Bennis engineering and foundry concern based on Walkden. Lancashire, which has been, in turn, a subsidiary of Gwent and West. of England ,Enterprises Ltd., a member company of the Hodge Group.
