• With the New Year the RAC is launching a national campaign to press for drastic reductions of motoring taxes. Window stickers with the slogan "Cut Motor Taxes" are being issued free and posters and leaflets will also be available. Representations will be made by the club to the Chancellor of the Exchequer and to every MP.
