Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

There was a little pomp and ceremony last week at Blackdown near Camberley in Surrey. The firemen's strike was over, the Army had effected an orderly withdrawal and there was the inevitable parade and drive past of the Green Goddesses. The chairman of the local council, Brigadier David Bustin, took the salute as soldiers from the Brigade of Gurkhas and the Parachute Regiment drove past.

The bandmaster had a sense of humour at the time of the drive past His music for the occasion was Keep the Home Fires Burning!
