NEW office premises for the RHA Yorkshire (Leeds) area were officially opened on Wednesday by Major-General V. H. J. Carpenter, Licensing Authority for the Yorkshire Traffic Area. The new office accommodation replaces the former office in the centre of Leeds, which had been used since the formation of the RHA in 1945.
