ON February 20, 176 former employee§ of the London Transport Executive, who were dismissed because they refused to join the Transport and General Workers' Union, are joining in an action in the High Court against the Union for alleged conspiracy to bring about their discharge. It is understood that Mr. Comyns Carr, K.C., is leading for the plaintiffs.
