SEVEN double-deckers ordered by L.) West Bromwich Corporation Transport include the department's first rearengined buses. The department has placed orders with Transport Vehicles (Daimler) Ltd., Coventry, for five Fleetlines and two CVG6.30 double-decker
chassis, and with Metropolitan Cammell Weymann Ltd. for seven bodies.
The latter, to be mounted on the CVG6 chassis, will be of the orthodox rearentrance type and will seat 74 passengers, whilst the Fleetlines will be fitted with 72-seat front entrance low-height bodies.
