• April is once again the month for coach rallies, with the 12th National Coach Rally in Blackpool on the weekend of April 15 and 16, followed by the 18th British Coach Rally in Brighton the following weekend (April 22/23).
The National Coach Rally is organized by the Wigan and District Excursion and Tour Operators' Association in conjunction with Blackpool Attractions and Publicity Department. Coach operators wishing to take part should apply to the organizing secretary, Mr W. Bearshaw, 23 Clapgate Lane, Goose Green, Wigan (Tel Wigan 47305).
Sponsor of the British Coach Rally, which is organized in conjunction with Brighton Corporation, is again Coaching Journal.
