the formation of a new company called B.M.C. Export Sales Ltd. Its purpose is to integrate the functions of the Austin Motor Export Corporation Ltd. and Nuffield Exports Ltd. with the object of further developing the effectiveness of the export effort.
This follows the recent appointments to the main board of B.M.C. of Mr. H. J. L. Suffield and Mr. P. N. Davies. Other appointments in connection With the new company will be found on page 23.
