Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Henrob Ltd, manufacturer of Furrna self-piercing riveting systems, now offers rivets in four different shank lengths, 6rnm, 7mm, 8mm and 9.5mm, with a choice of either domed or countersunk heads.

These rivets, supplied in collated spools of 5,000, are capable of securing materials up to a maximum sandwich thickness of 6.5mm. They are suitable for use with both the portable, high pressure version, which is designed for applications where the tool has to be moved around the workpiece, and the low pressure system, which is ideally suited for multi-head gang mounting riveting setups.

Henrob also offers a free tool design consultancy service to companies interested in using the Furma system.
