Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TNT has extended its parcels delivery operation to Ireland with the formation of a new company, Irish Parcels Express.

A 48 to 72-hour door-to-door service to and from Northern Ireland with daily collections from TNT's 23 depots is now being offered and a three to four day delivery to Dublin, with a five to six day service in the rest of the Republic.

Parcels are trunked from depots to Stranraer for nightly sailings each weekday to Belfast. Distribution in Ireland is controlled from TNT's depot at Red Lion Road, Kilmore, Portadown, which is close to the border for Republic of Ireland deliveries.

The service has no size or weight restrictions and palletised traffic is acceptable. Tariffs are inclusive of all charges and include insurance cover of £3,000 per 1,000 kilos.
