Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Rubber-tyred 8in. diameter castors that can be attached to containers so that they can be moved around by one man without the assistance of fork-trucks or travelling hoists are being marketed by York Truck Equipment Ltd., Corby, Northants. Named Portalox, the portable castor units can be used with any unladen ISO container, including the largest, 40ft units and list price for a set of four is £60.

There are two fully-castoring front units in a Portalox set, the other two being fixed. Each unit consists of a Flexellotype castor bolted through its mounting flange to a welded-steel angle plate. The horizontal part of the plate locates beneath the container corner post and takes the load while the vertical section carries a standard screwtype twistlock to secure it through the ISO aperture in the side of the post. Weight of the Portalox units is about 331b each.
