Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TWO single-decker buses recently delivered to West Bromwich CorporaCon have been built to an overall width of 7 ft. 6 in. to facilitate the'r operation on a rather difficult route. They are Leyland Tiger Cubs with 43-seat metalframed bodies built by Chas. H. Roe Ltd., Leeds.

To avoid the need to build special jigs for these narrow vehicles, an earlier Park Royal group design has been employed, which was available in both 7-ft. 6-in. and 8-ft. widths, Main framing is largely of heavy-duty light alloy, whilst a Hn. resin-bonded plywood floor is fitted, with special sound and heat insulation above the engine. All exterior panelling is in 18 gauge aluminium alloy, .whilst the roof is undcrdrawn with white Darvic panelling, and the rear dome underdrawn with glass-fibre-reinforced plastics, impregnated white. All seats face forwards, and are of Accles and Pollock Dapta " B" type with double detachable stainless steel top rails, trimmed in Vynide with Dunlopillo rubber fillings. The rear face of the backsquabs is of colour-impregnated reinforced plastics, whilst Vynide lining is employed on the casing panels. Eight Youngs single sliding windows and two hinged ventilator windows are fitted; lighting is by means of II B.M.A.C. white plastic open reflector fittings with 24 V. 12 W. pearl bulbs; and a continuous bell strip is fitted along the ceiling panels.

Externally, a polished aluminium mould is fitted at floor level on the nearside and offside. and all side and rear panels are split at this level to assist maintenance. Appearance of the buses is enhanced by the attractive West Bromwich livery of two shades of blue, with cream band and gold lining.
