ACUTE-ANGLED road junctions can often create problems of vision for drivers using normal, fixed position wing mirrors. To overcome the problem, Pacet Manufacturing is marketing the Italian Vitaloni truck mirror which has a separate remote control hand-operated unit allowing the driver to adjust the mirror position from within the cab.
Particularly useful for kerbside application, the mirror also has a full wash/wipe facility with a built-in reservoir as well as a heating element.
Cost of the basic mirror is £50 plus £20 for the remote adjustment facility.
