Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

And here's another Scot with a good idea — it must be something to do with the New Year spirit. Colin McEldriff, who now lives in Bletchingley, Surrey, head of the foreign routes department of the RAC, has just written a book designed to help tourists in Asia. Trans Asia Motoring might not seem appropriate to CM readers, but as a guide to the real long-distance lorry driver it should prove invaluable.

The book is based on personal experience gained with the Royal West African Frontier Force, and takes you from Turkey to Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan and India to Katmandu, Calcutta and Madras. He describes climates, roads, currency regulations and helps to avoid the pitfalls of ignoring local regulations.

The book costs t:5.40 with a t:1 discount for RAC members and is available from RAC Special Offer 2, 83-85 Pall Mall, London SW1.
