Borg-Warner has introduced a fleet service for UK operators running vehicles fitted with B-W transmissions.
A technical service executive, based at Letchworth, will make regular calls on fleet operators to advise on transmission maintenance and fault diagnosis, give technical assistance to the operators' own engineers, provide onthe-spot warranty investigations and, where necessary, replacement units.
