Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ACOMMER Cob van has been equipped for the installation of vehicle radio sets by Rootes, Ltd., and put into operation in London to perform such work at Motor traders' premises. Tools are carried for fitting any type of radio. The body of the van has been divided by a sloping display board, in front of which is a signal generator, test unit, Avometer and electric hand tools.

There is space for the storage of components. Control panels of radio sets and a loudspeaker are mounted upon the display board, and various types of wing and roof aerial are fitted at the back of the vehicle.

A new Radiomobile 20)( set is installed in standard form for demonstration purposes. The radio mechanic has an upholstered seat, and a hinged back-rest rises from the base and is reversible so that the seat can be used in either direction.
