Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

J)ELIVERY was made recently to Halifax Passenger Transport of the first of seven Daimler Fleetline double-deckers—the first rear-engined buses to be introduced by the undertaking. The buses are being fitted with 75-seat bodies by Northern Counties Motor and Engineering Co. Ltd.

Features of the bodies include an all-plastics finish, with Wareite ceilings, side lining panels and so on, Treadmaster floor coverings and Smith's 1500 heating systems. The moquette employed on the seats is a Holdworth's product specially woven to include the orange, green and cream colours which form the Halifax fleet livery.
