TOSHIBA (UK), the Japanese consumer, electrical and electronics company, has taken a 41,000sqft site on the Garonor Leeds Distribution Centre.

The company will be relying for some time on road transport to convey its goods, as no rail link has yet been fixed.

The Garonor site has direct access to the M1 (Junction 43), and will be able to handle traffic delivered by rail at a later date.

There are still three units left on the site, ranging from 15,000sqft to 40,000sqft. In addition to leasing warehouse units erected on a speculative basis, Garonor is prepared to put up buildings to meet particular users' requirements.
