OPERATIONS officer for Alder Valley, Richard Soper has been appointed traffic manager of Alder Valley South, one of the two smaller companies which is to take over the present NBC subsidiary's operations, from January I.
Soper joined NBC in 1976 as a senior management trainee at Crosville and held appointments as traffic superintendent at Southend with Eastern National and as assistant South-East area manager.
