Eric Chadwick has been appointed overseas engineer and export manager of the Primrose Group, Mr. Chadwick is at present on an exploratory tour of Malaysia and the Far East. He is succeeded by G. A. Locock who has been promoted from senior engineer to chief engineer. Primrose Group Sales is moving its sales and publicity departments to the Ewood, Blackburn. factory of Primrose Third Axle Co. Ltd. Consequently. from Monday the following executives only will remain at the Padiham office: Jack Harper, sales and export director; Arthur Locock, chief engineer; and Jimmy Moran service engineer. Based at the Blackburn office will be: Tom Harper, director: Brian Mulligan, sales manager: Peter Thompson, sales engineer: and Michael Howarth, publicity manager.
