Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

POLICE HAVE ARRESTED two people for handling stolen goods and counterfeiting during a crackdown on organised truck crime in the West Midlands.

About £60,000 worth of stolen goods was also recovered during the operation, which involved officers from Operation Indicate. Leicestershire Police, Warwickshire Police andTrading Standards based in Smethwick.

PC Andy Round says this was a successful operation: "We were able to recover around £25,000 worth of Lynx deodorant stolen during a hijacking in March. A man who was arrested in Leicester in connection with truck crime led us back to the property."
