Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

DALGETY Agriculture has taken delivery of two Foden 8-wheelers fitted with Wilcox Seadyke bodies. The vehicles operate from the company's Bury St Edmunds mill delivering animal feeds to farms around Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Essex and Kent, and carrying return loads of raw materials.

They are equipped with 250 bhp Cummins 10-litre engines, Fuller 9-speed transmissions and Rockwell double-drive rear bogies with rubber suspension. Transport manager David Hawes says he chose Foden's FF20 rubber rear suspension because it will eliminate spring failures. With a fairly high proportion of off-road working, this has proved to be a problem on other vehicles in the fleet.
