Peterborough headquarters, following the retirement of Phil Burns. Mr Mee will be responsible for all aspects of company personnel functions, with special emphasis on the new management training programme. He joined NFC in 1969, and has held personnel posts with several of the NFC constituent companies. Before joining the NFC he was with the National Coal Board, where, as a qualified mining engineer, he held a number of management positions.
