Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

REVISED timetables are to be introduced by the three operators providing the Brighton area transport services to meet the revised Brighton rail services due to come into effect on July 10. The aim is to provide the best possible connections between bus and rail services in the Brighton and Hove area, and 14 bus services will be affected by the changes.

In the introduction to a special supplement listing the new times and issued with the current Brighton area summer timetable, commuters are advised that every effort has been made to ensure that "reasonable connections are available for the fast and semifast London train arrivals and departures".

However, commuters who find they have an undue delay between bus and train times are invited to write to the traffic manager of the undertaking concerned so that consideration can be given to any further changes which can be effected without inconveniencing other bus users.
